The only way to actually build manually apartment lots and not have them cost a forune, or build actual hotels withour paying 25K Simoleons for your 2-night stay. Set rental lot daily price manually - simple and self explanatory. Small, (somehow) ownable shops in one community lot, perhaps through door barriers, idk, where you can actually have a mini retail space for you, but then you switch to another family and they own another small store in the same lot, and they can manage prices etc for their own space. Unlock all neighbourhood lots go walk to, or at least the part of neighbourhood you are - so there are no loading screens for visiting someone once you were already walking past their house, I mean, it's right there. (edit to clarify, set for example Oasis Springs climate to Windeburg etc) But Some places in Europe have much milder climate, you know, even if they look like that.
